$150 per telehealth visit — no hidden fees.

- Preventive health discussions
- Follow-up after previous treatment
- Other medically appropriate concerns
How it works
- Choose a telehealth appointment.
- Complete registration and required intake/consent materials.
- Join the secure visit from a phone, tablet or computer.
- Meet with the provider and receive an appropriate care plan.
When telehealth is not enough
Some concerns require an in-person examination, laboratory testing, imaging, specialist evaluation, emergency care or another level of care. The provider will recommend an appropriate next step when needed.
