FirstWay Health is working to expand insurance participation. Participating insurance plans will be listed only as network participation is confirmed.

Coverage and benefits vary by plan. Patients should verify eligibility, network participation, copayment, deductible, coinsurance and other plan requirements for their individual plan. Verification of benefits does not guarantee payment by an insurance company.

Self-Pay

$150 per telehealth visit — no hidden fees.

Self-pay options may be available for eligible services. Applicable charges will be communicated before the appointment whenever possible.

Payment and cancellation policy

For self-pay telehealth visits, the $150 fee is due just before the visit.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule at no charge. During our initial launch, we also do not charge a late-cancellation or no-show fee.

If FirstWay Health cancels your appointment, any prepaid visit fee will be refunded in full.

If technical problems prevent the visit before care is provided, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund of any prepaid visit fee.

Outside services

Laboratory testing, imaging, specialist services, medications and other services performed or supplied by outside organizations may result in separate charges from those organizations.
